Whatcha Watchin’?
I don’t know about ya’ll, but ever since the pandemic, I have gotten out of the habit of going to the movie theater. Not being a huge TV watcher, I prefer to stream a movie than watch a sitcom. Here are a few of my favorites that I have enjoyed this summer:

Single-family home rentals jumped 19.3% year-over-year, with avg rent up 7.7% to an all-time high of $2,278. A total of 3,646 leases were signed versus 3,055 in June 2021. New listings of single-family rentals surged 37.0 percent, providing a plentiful supply of units to consumers who chose to step out of the sales market.
