THANK YOU!

As we begin Thanksgiving week, it’s not too early to begin thinking about what we will say on Thanksgiving day as we go around the table and say what each person is thankful to have in their life. Health and family are probably the top two. They are almost like the cheater version of an answer. 

I invite you to think beyond the obvious. Maybe even consider how something unpleasant ended up being something you are thankful for. 

I remember when I decided to close my stores, Marnie Rocks. I knew it was the right thing to do, but it sure felt crappy. Today, I am thankful that Marnie Rocks closed and that I began my career in Real Estate. The blessings and opportunities I have been given along my 11 years in real estate are too many to count. 

Raising four kids is also a challenge, a thankless job and an ass kicking, but I am thankful for the opportunity to be a mother. What an honor and responsibility! 

Here is a little list of a few things that I am thankful for:

5. Success

6. Knowing when to walk away

7. Knowing when to hang in there and stay

8. The ability to forgive
