| IT’S JUST A NUMBER |
| Early in life, there is a huge difference in people that are two years a part. We expect something different from a 5 year old than a 7 year old. Once we are 30ish, all of the adults are kind of the same age. I know 50 year olds that act 35, 35 year olds that act 50 and 85 year olds that act 40. My birthday was yesterday and I have officially been on this planet for 19,710 days. I don’t know about you, but that sounds shorter than 54 years to me! I have mixed feelings about my age. I am grateful for the wisdom that comes with age. If there is one thing I have learned, it is that nothing is as big of a deal as you think it is. I wish I could tell that to my younger self. I am a youthful spirit and have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I am 19,710 days old. I am as silly, playful and up for an adventure as I was in my 20’s. So, maybe age is just a number. What if we start having two ages? How old the calendar says and how old we feel/act. I’ll start the trend here. I am 54 and 35ish. Do you feel your age?
